How do I verify that a correct booking has been made?

After a verbal contact has been made by The Hospice professionals, a conformational e-mail with the following would be sent to you:
1. Guest name
2. Hotel to be booked
3. No. of adults and children traveling
4. No. of rooms required
5. Check in-check out dates

The mail will have a confirmation number that will be used for all your further communications with The Hospice for that particular travel assignment.

Can I make a booking without any advance payment?

A few hotels accept bookings without an advance payment.

To whom am I required to make the payment?

According to your preference, you can choose to pay either The Hospice or directly the booked hotel.

What mode of payment does The Hospice accept?

After the booking has been confirmed by you, you can choose to pay by any of the following modes:
1. Credit Card
2. Cash
3. Cheque

Why are my credit card details required?

Your credit card details are required as a guarantee by the hotel in case of a no show or late cancellation. In case of a no-show or late cancellation the hotel would charge (generally the equivalent to one night's stay) your card.

Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used to guarantee the reservation?

As the credit card details are only needed for guarantee purposes, you can pay at the hotel using the payment method of your choice.

How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?

After receipt of payment a confirmation e-mail with your confirmation number will be sent to you. You are welcome to check the status of your reservation with the hotel directly.

What do I do after my booking is confirmed?

When you arrive at the booked hotel, you can contact the Concierge desk directly.

How much would I be charged if I cancel/re-schedule my booking?

The Hospice does not charge you a cancellation fee. The Hospice does its best to negotiate the best deals with the hotel for the client. The cancellation/re-scheduling charges by the hotel will be mentioned in your confirmation email and are payable directly to the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?

The check-in and check-out times vary with each hotel. These details will be included in the confirmation booking email sent to you.
